CJK - The FFII provides webhosting for a LaTeX 2e macro package which enables the use of CJK scripts (Chinese/Japanese/Korean) in various encodings, written by Werner Lemberg.
Groff - The FFII hosts the famous groff tool. the groff (GNU Troff) software is a typesetting package which reads plain text mixed with formatting commands and produces formatted output. Groff now supports HTML.
