11. Supporters
Supporters are individuals or organisations who have entrusted the association to act on their behalf. The board should keep all supporters informed about the status and activities of the association.
All members are supporters, but not all supporters are members.
Donors are individuals or organisations who have made financial contributions to the association, excluding membership fees. The board should report to donors about the use of their contributions.
Justification: The goal of this new article is to formalise the statute of "donor" and "supporter", and to clarify what obligations the association has to these.
