FFII General Assembly of 2008

Date and place

The FFII 2008 General Assembly will be held in 6 and 7 December 2008, starting 6 December 12:00 CET, at

If you are a member of the FFII, please consider to be a candidate for the board. You can do so up to and including the Assembly (statutes 9.7).

If you cannot be physically present at the General Assembly, but which to delegate a person to do so, you should sign the following declaration:

"I, Joe User, delegate John Smith to vote in my name in the General Assembly of the FFII on 6 December 2008."

Your delegate should bring your statement to the General Assembly, where he will add and sign the following statement below your signature:

"I confirm that the above is the true signature of Joe User."

Because this procedure has never been followed in the past, the Assembly may be asked to approve this procedure of remote voting.
