proposed format for suggestions
I suggest the following format: in a 1st-rank title, relevant ยง, gist of the change and id of proponent should be given.
Below that the explicit proposal and an argument should be given.
Alternatives our counter arguments should be added as lower-rank titles (so that everything shows up in the TableofContents and navigation is easy)
ad 9.4 General Assembly: Editorial change; ggiedke
proposed change: "Within a term of one month the board period may call" is replaced by "At any time, and with one month notice the board may call..."
argument: The text "Within a term of one month the board period may call for an extraordinary general assembly by writing ..." seems garbled and it does not fully reflect the German wording.
comment: this is not a serious proposal (since it's only editorial) and only meant to demonstrate the format.
