We are announcing the following tenders at the same time:
The reason these two are related is that the choice of web tool may affect the choice of the tool for the membership management system (MMS). If, for example, it is chosen to use Drupal for the web site, then a Plone-based MMS would be far less attractive than if Plone were chosen for the web site instead. Standalone MMS is attractive anyway (but might provide less value for the money).
Thus, we have made the following decisions:
- The tenders are announced at the same time.
- The deadline for the MMS tender depends on when the results for the web tender are announced; specifically, it is after 7 days. This is to give you time to make an offer if things change because of the results.
If you intend to bid for both tenders, and you intend to do the web and the MMS with the same tool, it might be a good idea if you told us so from the beginning. But again, this won't guarantee that you will get the MMS job because you got the web job. Judge yourself.
